Staying at Naerdasi Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive—check-in was quick and smooth, and they even took time to personally guide me through the hotel amenities and nearby dining spots. Their genuine smiles made such a positive first impression. When I requested an extra pillow and bottled water, it arrived within five minutes of my call—efficiency that truly stood out. What really touched me was how responsive they were to small issues: when the air conditioning had a minor glitch, a technician showed up at my door just five minutes after I called, fixed it promptly with a friendly attitude, and never made me feel like a bother. The bed was heavenly—perfectly balanced in firmness, like sleeping on a cloud. As someone who struggles to sleep in new places, I actually slept through the night without waking once. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with dry/wet separation, and the shower pressure is strong and consistent—perfect for unwinding after a long day. High-quality toiletries are provided, not those cheap generic brands you often find. From the moment I stepped into the room, I noticed a subtle, pleasant fragrance, and everything looked spotless—the floors, desks, mirrors, and bathroom surfaces were free of any streaks or dust. The linens were crisp, clean, and fresh, which meant a lot to me as someone particular about hygiene. The lobby and public areas have a refined, elegant design with calming background music and a sophisticated scent that instantly put me at ease. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to the subway entrance, making it easy to reach all major attractions and shopping districts. There’s also a convenience store and plenty of restaurants right downstairs—no need to go far for food or essentials. Despite being in the heart of the city, the soundproofing is excellent. Once the windows are closed, you can barely hear traffic outside—true peace in the middle of the urban buzz. For the price, the level of comfort, cleanliness, and service is outstanding. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Nanjing, whether for business or family travel. Highly recommend this gem!
