Stayed for just one night but was thoroughly impressed. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. The only minor issue was a bit of sound transfer between the stairs and the room, though outdoor noise wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, this was a fantastic stay—great ambiance, excellent service, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely book again.

We traveled with three dogs, and the staff were incredibly accommodating without any issues. The receptionist was outstanding—fluent in English, which helped immensely since my French is limited to what I learned in school decades ago. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to assist us. While there was some noise from other guests late at night (even around 3 AM), it didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, the location is convenient, the service is excellent, and the value is solid. A reliable choice if you're passing through Bordeaux and need a no-fuss, comfortable base.
