Housekeeping comes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and they even bring packages directly to your door. It’s such a thoughtful touch! Overall, the value for money is outstanding. This was one of the worst stays I've ever experienced—truly something I wouldn't wish on anyone. The apartment was located in the basement with no security, and the nightmare began when our child found a dead rat under his pillow in the morning—imagine sleeping with that for an entire night. If we had a daughter, we’d have needed therapy afterward. We kept searching for the source of the foul smell before realizing it was just part of the overall neglect. After switching to a room on the third floor, things improved slightly, but the staircase looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a century—smelled terrible. The bathroom was terrifying; you didn’t want to touch anything. Honestly, the only redeeming feature was the comfortable beds. Being in central London doesn’t excuse renting out such unsanitary and unsafe accommodations. It’s clear the owner doesn’t care about the business or the guests. Avoid at all costs.
