My only note: there’s a persistent gasoline smell near the second-floor entrance, where staff often stand guard. It’s not just unpleasant—it’s concerning for their well-being. The room itself is spacious for Tokyo standards—clean, well-maintained, with a smart toilet, separate shower area, and best of all, a rain showerhead! After checking so many hotels, finding one with this feature made my stay feel luxurious. The soundproofing is excellent—despite being near the elevator, there was zero noise from traffic or people passing by. A fridge is also included, which is always a plus. The pillows weren’t my favorite, but that’s a minor detail. Staff were friendly and helpful, though breakfast service slowed down during peak hours. Even with available seats, the kitchen couldn’t keep up, leading to long waits in front of the dining area. Still, the B-breakfast option tasted great and was worth the wait.
