Staying at this 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Mumbai was an absolute pleasure. The spacious 100-square-meter unit offers plenty of room to move around, making it feel more like a home than a hotel. The private bathroom is well-designed and kept immaculately clean—always a plus. What really stood out was the consistent quality across the board: hygiene, maintenance, and food service all met high standards. Being centrally located near major attractions and just a short walk from public transit makes exploring the city effortless. The nearby mall and dining options add to the convenience. Overall, this property delivers excellent value and comfort—definitely a top choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for a reliable, well-maintained stay in Mumbai.

My stay at Hotel Versova Inn was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by great local eateries. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the essentials you'd need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. It’s rare to find such a welcoming atmosphere in a budget-friendly hotel. If you're visiting Mumbai, this is definitely a top choice. Highly recommended!

Staying at FabHotel Laaiba Residency was an excellent experience overall. The staff, especially Mr. Rehman and Mr. Francis at reception, were incredibly helpful and made our trip so much smoother with their warm, professional service. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from the nearby railway station and close to the exhibition center. While the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, they’re spotless, well-organized, and comfortable for a quick stay. What really stands out is the hotel’s reception area—it’s stylish, modern, and impressively designed, making it a great backdrop for photos. For the price and location, this place offers fantastic value. Definitely worth recommending.

Finding this hotel was a real challenge—despite the name FabExpress Alive, it's actually just labeled "Alive" with no mention of "Fab." The property is tucked deep inside a busy commercial building that also houses other businesses and an active mosque. The call to prayer echoes throughout the day and night, which can be quite disruptive, especially at night. The neighborhood itself feels run-down, with litter on the streets and vehicles parked haphazardly right in front of the entrance. Even with GPS, getting there isn’t straightforward—you need to look for a long tunnel to the left of the sign, walk through the building, turn left, take the stairs up one floor, then proceed all the way to the end until you spot a small door marked 'Hotel.' Only then do you reach the front desk. It’s easy to miss if you’re not paying close attention. While the price point offers decent value, the location, noise, and confusing access make the overall experience less than ideal.

Good value for money—this 3-star hotel lives up to its reputation. It’s no-frills, but clean and functional. The breakfast was basic yet filling, perfect for a quick start to the day. The air conditioning worked well, though the room had no windows, so it can feel a bit closed-in if you're not used to that. If natural light and ventilation are important to you, this might not be the best fit. Still, for travelers looking for a simple, budget-friendly stay with reliable service and a convenient location, it’s a solid choice.

Our confirmed reservation was canceled without any notice, which was extremely disappointing. The hotel went as far as re-selling our three pre-paid, confirmed rooms and left our luggage unattended in the lobby—despite having a paid, verified booking. This lack of respect for guests is unacceptable, especially when we had proof of payment and confirmation. The overall experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Poor management, zero accountability, and a complete failure to uphold basic hospitality standards.

I stayed at The Altruist Business Hotel in Andheri for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable—perfect for a quick getaway or a business trip. I ordered food from the on-site restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious—rich in flavor and so satisfying, I could barely stop eating! Even the complimentary breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel’s location is convenient, and the service felt attentive without being intrusive. It’s definitely a hidden gem in Mumbai’s Andheri area. If you’re looking for a cozy, reliable stay with great food and value, this place is worth every penny.

Staying at Hotel Royal Onix Mumbai was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the railway station, making it super easy to get around the city. There’s a McDonald’s nearby, so grabbing a quick bite or snacks is never a problem. The hotel itself offers excellent cleanliness and top-notch service—staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Despite being budget-friendly, the quality doesn’t compromise in any way. It’s spacious, well-maintained, and feels very welcoming. If you’re visiting Mumbai on a budget but still want comfort and convenience, this place is a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had an outstanding experience hosting a training program at Hotel Residency Andheri. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly—from the well-equipped conference room that comfortably accommodated our 25-person workshop, to seamless tech setup and flawless meal arrangements. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the team’s support made a huge difference. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious and well-prepared. Whether it’s for business events or personal gatherings, this hotel truly delivers on all fronts. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, stress-free venue with excellent service and great value.

Staying at J Hotel and Banquets in Mumbai was an absolutely fantastic experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great dining options. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making for a restful night’s sleep. Staff were attentive and friendly without being overbearing. The banquet hall is beautifully designed with top-notch facilities, perfect for events or weddings. Everything exceeded my expectations. I’d happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.

Staying at Ginger Mumbai, Goregaon was a perfect choice for my layover in Mumbai. Just a 40-minute taxi ride from the airport, and the cost was very reasonable—ideal for a quick stopover. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, offering a great variety to start the day right. The hotel is part of the Tata Group, so cleanliness and service quality are top-notch. I felt safe throughout my stay, both inside the property and in the surrounding area. It’s well-maintained, quiet, and offers excellent value for money. If you're passing through Mumbai and need a comfortable, clean, and hassle-free place to rest, this is definitely worth considering. A solid 10 out of 10.

I booked a two-night stay at this property in Goregaon, Mumbai, and ended up leaving after just one night due to extremely poor hygiene and conditions. The rooms were large but completely unusable—dirty, outdated, and with a broken door handle. The elevator had a strong, foul odor, like something was rotting inside, making it nearly impossible to use. I immediately requested cancellation and refund, but the platform refused to process it, insisting on charging for both nights despite the unacceptable conditions. This experience shows a complete lack of customer care—money seems to be prioritized over guest well-being. If you value cleanliness, safety, and fair service, avoid this property at all costs. It’s not worth the risk or the price.
