I requested room service on multiple occasions but never received it during my entire stay. The toilet paper was of poor quality and uncomfortable to use—definitely needs replacement. While the location is a strong point, the lack of consistent housekeeping and subpar amenities make this experience less than satisfactory. Would not recommend without significant improvements.
