It's conveniently located just a short distance from the Haram, making it easy to access on foot or via the shuttle service provided. Although it's categorized as a 3-star hotel, the cleanliness, service quality, and overall atmosphere felt more like a 5-star experience. The 24-hour front desk was always welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. We just completed our blessed Umrah journey, and I have to say, Al Ebaa Hotel truly exceeded all expectations. Staying for 8 nights, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The view from our room directly onto the Holy Mosque was breathtaking—every morning felt like a moment of peace and gratitude. Service here is top-tier, with attention to every single detail that matters. Special thanks to the front desk team—Captain Nour, Adam, and Shadi—for their warm smiles, prompt responses, and genuine care. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment. A huge shoutout to the floor attendant (from Bangladesh or Nepal—I can’t recall his name but he’s unforgettable!) who took such pride in keeping our fifth-floor room immaculate, restocking bathroom essentials and water bottles without fail. And then there’s the breakfast staff—absolutely outstanding. Captain Yasser from Egypt stands out: charismatic, highly professional, humble, and always ready to help. He even had breakfast near my table each morning, making the time feel personal and welcoming. Also, big appreciation to Nadir from Tunisia and Mohamed from Egypt, whose kindness and dedication made our stay truly memorable. This hotel isn’t just good—it’s one of the best in the world. If you’re planning a pilgrimage, choose Al Ebaa. You won’t regret it.

If you're looking for a hotel with bugs and zero cleanliness, this place is perfect for you. The ceiling panels are literally hanging above your head like they might fall on you at any moment. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. What made it worse was its extremely distant location from the Holy Mosque—especially during Ramadan, when getting around became a major hassle. We were stuck trying to navigate the area, and it caused us so much stress. Don't expect comfort or convenience here. This stay was a big disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Everything worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Makkah.
