OYO 586 Al Tamayoz Al Raqi Hira

The hotel is beautifully located, just a short distance from everything I needed—restaurants, shops, and even the airport. It's incredibly convenient for travelers looking to minimize transit time. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience feel welcoming. While I did have a bit of trouble with the taxi driver finding the address, the location is actually very accessible once you know the exact landmarks—like near Al-Nezha Medical Clinic or close to the intersection of Hura Street and Sixty Street. A small suggestion: adding updated contact details or clearer directions on Google Maps would make it much easier for future guests. Overall, an excellent value for money, clean, comfortable, and well-positioned. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

Signature Guest Hotel

I've stayed here multiple times and keep coming back—this hotel truly delivers. It's incredibly close to the exhibition center, making travel super convenient whether you're commuting by metro or heading out for business or sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with a clean, fresh feel throughout. The staff is consistently polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. One thing to note: rooms facing the street can be noisy due to traffic, so if you're sensitive to sound, go for an interior room. Despite that small issue, the overall experience is excellent. Great value, great location, and reliable comfort—definitely my top choice in Jeddah.

Primotel Suites As Salamah

My stay at WOW Residence | Primotel Suites As Salamah was really positive overall. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had a modern, comfortable layout. The only minor issue was the low water pressure in the shower—water flow was quite weak—but it didn’t significantly affect my experience. The location is convenient, just a short walk from local amenities, and getting around town via public transit is easy. Great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend this property to travelers looking for a quiet, clean, and hassle-free base in Jeddah.

Diamond Tower Hotel

We needed a short stay in Jeddah for our family of four during a transit, and after hearing great things from friends familiar with the hotel, we decided to give it a try. We weren’t disappointed—this brand-new property is located in a quiet residential area just a 10-minute drive from King Abdulaziz International Airport and the Haramain Railway Station (in light traffic). Check-in was smooth and efficient, and walking into our room was a real treat: spacious, immaculately clean, and stylishly modern. The kitchenette was a huge plus for us as a family, and the bathroom had ample space with high-quality amenities. Beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. There was plenty of closet space, though we did notice there wasn’t an in-room safe—though one was available at the front desk if needed. Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to grocery stores and restaurants, many of which really come alive after evening prayer. If you’d prefer not to go out, you can easily order food in-house through a local delivery service—just ask reception. We tried the hotel’s in-house restaurant and loved their milkshakes, authentic Arabic coffee, and delicious desserts. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast due to our early departure, but I’m confident they can accommodate requests if asked in advance. Just be mindful that occasional language barriers may lead to small misunderstandings—patience goes a long way. For transportation, Uber is far more reliable than local taxis, which can sometimes overcharge. Keep in mind that traffic in Jeddah can extend travel times unexpectedly, so plan accordingly. While front-desk service could use a bit more training, the manager personally stepped in to ensure our stay was flawless—his genuine care and dedication truly stood out. That level of attention made all the difference. In fact, we ended up staying an extra night before leaving Saudi Arabia because we loved it so much. Don’t judge this hotel by its exterior—it’s a hidden gem. Inside, it’s well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and delivers an exceptional experience. Thank you for such a memorable and welcoming stay—we’ll definitely be back soon!

OYO 585 Al Tamayoz Al Raqi Al Safa

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond with their hospitality—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any request. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location is a bit off the main tourist strip, but it's still very accessible via public transit, making it easy to explore Jeddah. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for the price. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and good sleep quality. Overall, it’s a solid choice for travelers looking for a reliable, budget-friendly stay in Jeddah without compromising on basic comfort and service.

Najmet Al Esraa Al Zahabeya

The hotel has a mixed experience. I appreciated the clean rooms and bathrooms, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The wall colors and overall decor reminded me of my childhood home back in my country—very comforting and unique. However, there were several issues that affected my stay: some door handles were broken and hard to open, the bed felt unclean (I even found a small tear under it), the air conditioning was extremely noisy, and one drawer wouldn’t open at all. These problems made the stay less enjoyable than expected. I understand hotels aren’t perfect, but with a few simple fixes—like repairing doors, cleaning beds properly, reducing AC noise, and fixing furniture—the overall experience could be much better. It’s clear there’s potential here. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving the details. Would love to come back if things get sorted out.

Vital House Apartments

The apartment was spacious and the price was very reasonable—definitely a good value for the size. That said, there were a few issues that made the stay less than ideal. Upon arrival, I realized there were no towels provided, so I had to request them—asked for four bath towels for my group of four, but only received two. The fridge in both units we stayed at was unplugged when we arrived, making it unusable. The washing machine didn’t dry clothes effectively—even though it’s a multi-functional unit, the drying cycle was weak and left things damp. We also found only one roll of toilet paper available, which was quite minimal. It seemed like the building was still under renovation—there were exposed electrical outlets from the walls, though they weren’t dangerous. I tried contacting the front desk via email and phone, but got no response. Eventually, a relative managed to reach them through WhatsApp using a Saudi number, which helped resolve the situation, especially since check-in was after 1 a.m. The neighborhood is safe, but not particularly lively or convenient. Another concern: the main door to our apartment wouldn’t lock properly—it could be pushed open without a key, likely due to ongoing renovations. We didn’t report it during our stay, partly because we trusted the safety of Saudi Arabia and were busy with travel plans. We did mention it during checkout, noting that the door could simply be pushed inward to enter. Would I stay here again? Honestly, yes—especially considering the room size and price. It’s close to many amenities, and with some improvements in housekeeping and maintenance, this place has great potential.
