The staff went above and beyond to help us—when we didn’t have a metro card, they kindly lent us one for our entire stay. They even gave us detailed guidance on routes, schedules, and key spots to visit, all clearly displayed on an easy-to-read metro map on the wall. I’d recommend this place only if you’re a night owl or don’t mind constant background noise. The kitchen is well-equipped but lacks basic cleaning supplies—bring your own soap and wipes.
