Thankfully, they quickly arranged a new room for us—spotless, well-organized, and comfortably furnished. The bathroom came with an exhaust fan and hairdryer, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, and it was fantastic—plenty of options including fresh bread, cold cuts, fruits, pastries, cookies, juices, milk, and coffee. Everything tasted great and we were very satisfied. The only minor issue was that the windows had small gaps, so street noise could come through during the day. However, once it got later, the city quieted down significantly, so it wasn’t a real problem. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—there are bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops just steps away. It’s also super convenient for getting around town via metro. Overall, a great stay with excellent value, and I’d definitely book again.
