We just returned from a four-day family stay at this hotel, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Madrid, making it super easy to explore the city on foot or by metro. The suite was cozy, well-furnished, and spacious enough for our family of four. The only minor downside was the pull-out sofa bed—it wasn’t very comfortable for sleeping more than one night, so we’d recommend bringing an extra pillow if you’re staying longer. Despite having 7 floors and somewhat old-fashioned elevators, they work perfectly fine and don’t hinder the experience at all. The real highlight is the unbeatable location—situated right between two metro stations (Gran Via and Sevilla), with a bus stop just outside the door. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Primark, and you can reach Plaza Mayor, along with the famous Bear and Strawberry Tree monument, in under 15 minutes on foot. Perfect for exploring Madrid’s city center without needing a car. Great value, excellent convenience, and a top choice for travelers who want both comfort and accessibility.
