I had my driver carry four suitcases for that distance—grueling but thankfully he was very kind and patient. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault; they clearly mention the ZTL situation on their official website. The issue lies with the tour operator not providing proper guidance about access challenges in restricted zones. Overall, the hotel is exceptional—just make sure your transportation plan accounts for the ZTL rule.
