We refused and left immediately, contacting customer support right away. Later, after the platform investigated and apparently reached out to him, he tracked us down near a café, apologized profusely, and claimed he’d finally found our booking. While the issue was resolved, the whole experience left us feeling unsafe and deeply uneasy. We couldn’t trust the staff or the environment, so we chose not to stay.
