I arrived to find my booking wasn't ready despite having made it about four days prior and receiving confirmation through the platform. Thankfully, the friendly front desk staff resolved the issue quickly. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the specific room or floor I requested. The hotel’s name is well reflected in the beautiful chandeliers throughout the lobby—very elegant! The bathroom could use some updating though. Overall, everything else was smooth and satisfactory. Great location near the train station, easy access to public transit, and a solid stay for the price.

Overall, the service, safety, and communication were severely lacking. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The value for money is terrible, and the entire stay left me feeling drained and betrayed.
