This apartment is absolutely perfect for exploring Barcelona. We were just a 25-minute walk from Park Güell, only 30 minutes by metro to the Guggenheim Museum, and within 25 minutes of Sagrada Família—plus the famous Plaça de Catalunya is just a 20-minute stroll away. It’s incredibly convenient, whether you’re walking or hopping on the metro. The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our group of five—no complaints at all. The location is ideal: right on a busy street with shops, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, so everything we needed was within reach. Customer service was quick and helpful—we sent a message via chat and got an instant reply. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a great base in Barcelona, this apartment is a top choice. Highly recommended!

We booked a four-day stay through the platform, and it turned out to be even better than expected! We stayed here the night before our cruise, and it was an excellent choice. It’s only about 100 meters from the L3 metro line, making it super easy to get around town and reach the cruise terminal. The property is spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful before our arrival—they even gave us clear guidance on which metro lines to take from the airport. This is hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, every single detail was perfect—the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is unbeatable—just a short metro ride from the city center, with everything you need within walking distance. I even had the option to book a tour on my way back, which made things so convenient. If any of my friends are planning a trip to Barcelona, I’d absolutely recommend this hotel—and I’d probably try to convince them to stay longer! Every aspect, from room comfort to service quality, exceeded expectations. A truly outstanding experience.
Go BCN Hostal Ideal Badal - Hostel
Barcelona is one of my favorite cities, and I stayed at this hostel back in 2021—regrettably, it was a huge disappointment. I’d say absolutely do not book a room here. This was probably the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. The room wasn’t clean when I arrived—I reported it, and someone came to fix it. By evening, it was slightly better, but still far from acceptable, especially the bathroom, which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Food was underwhelming—nothing terrible, but definitely only two stars out of five at best. Staff seemed unreliable and unresponsive. To make things worse, about a month after booking, I got an email claiming my visa details were invalid and my reservation was canceled. That was a flat-out lie. It’s unacceptable when you trust a hotel to honor their end of the agreement, especially when travelers are counting on it for their holiday plans. I tried reaching out multiple times—no response whatsoever. Other reviews saying communication is nearly impossible? They’re spot on. I eventually rebooked and this time it went through—but honestly, I wish I hadn’t. The whole experience left a bad taste. I’ll definitely return to Barcelona, but never again to Hostal Ideal Badal. Not recommended at all.

Our stay at Hostal Muntaner was absolutely fantastic—everything exceeded our expectations. We loved the little balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee with a view of the street life. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and cozy throughout the night. The hostel itself was quiet and peaceful, with a lift making access easy. The staff were beyond helpful—welcoming us with warm smiles, quickly assisting when we misplaced our key, and even letting us store our luggage on our last day. They also shared great local tips that made our trip much more enjoyable. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Truly a hidden gem in Barcelona—we’ll definitely be back.
