The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Mall, with easy access to the MRT station. Getting around the city is super convenient. The suite itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with everything you’d want: fast and reliable WiFi, smart TV, and a separate living area that adds a real sense of comfort and privacy. The rooftop infinity pool on floor 51 is an absolute highlight—sipping a drink while gazing at the iconic Twin Towers is pure magic. It’s also perfect for photos, no filter needed. Staff are friendly and efficient throughout the stay, check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even offer complimentary luggage storage—such a helpful touch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and there’s an amazing variety of dining and shopping options nearby. Even in the evenings, when traffic gets heavy, walking is still a breeze and totally worth it. The pool has a great view, though you only see one tower clearly—still, it’s nice. There are only four loungers, which are always taken, and guests tend to just leave their things on the ground, so storage space is limited. Water was a bit cool in October, not a dealbreaker but would’ve been better if warmer. The rooftop terrace is fantastic—perfect for sunset views, with hanging plants and greenery adding a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was spotless, with just cups provided and one towel per person. No odors at all, and the bedding stayed fresh throughout my three-day stay. I was on the 18th floor—very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was quite basic; I had it once and wouldn’t order it again. Overall, the price is absolutely justified. Highly recommend!
