My stay at Lizhi Hotel (Tianjin Olympic Sports Center Water Park) was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with smart features that made everything so convenient. As soon as I walked in, Xiao Ai started playing my favorite songs—such a thoughtful touch. The TV even supports free screen mirroring, perfect for streaming movies or shows. What really stood out was the exceptional service. When I mentioned the room felt a bit chilly upon arrival, the front desk staff, Xiao Liu, immediately upgraded us to a more comfortable and quieter elegant room without hesitation. Even when we forgot our breakfast voucher, she personally delivered it to our room—so attentive and friendly! The entire experience felt warm and personalized. I’ve already told my boyfriend we’re coming back for New Year’s Eve. This place is definitely on my list to recommend to friends.

The room is compact but surprisingly well-equipped—everything you need is there, and the smart assistant (Xiao Ai) makes life so easy. Just say a word to turn on lights, switch on the TV, or adjust the curtains—no more fumbling for switches. The location is unbeatable: right next to a shopping mall, with a quick 5-10 minute walk to Five Avenues, Xianfeng Street, and the famous Three Fish restaurants—perfect for food lovers. Even though it's in a commercial building, there’s a dedicated elevator that requires a keycard to access your floor, which gives peace of mind regarding privacy and security. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and staff were attentive and friendly—any request was handled promptly. We drove ourselves, and the hotel offers free parking on-site, which is a huge plus. Overall, this stay was flawless—great value, excellent service, and a convenient base for exploring Tianjin. Definitely coming back!

The room was modern, clean, and well-maintained, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. High-quality toiletries and consistent, strong hot water were big pluses. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, efficient, and even offered to help carry luggage, which added a nice personal touch. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. Cleanliness is outstanding: the rooms, hallways, and public spaces were spotless. With such great value for the price, this hotel delivers way more than expected. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tianjin—and I’ll definitely be coming back.
