The location is excellent—just a short metro ride from the city center, with plenty of restaurants and local amenities nearby. The hotel itself is spotless; every corner, from the bedroom to the bathroom, felt meticulously clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. We’ve already planned to return without hesitation. This hotel is simply amazing! The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, the atmosphere is luxurious, and the rooms are absolutely stunning—especially the superior room with a private terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. Perfect for sunny days when you just want to relax with a morning coffee. The breakfast is generous and delicious, a real highlight. Our flight got canceled, so we couldn’t leave Bordeaux as planned. We called the front desk to request an extra night, and Dorine handled everything instantly. She even left us a little encouraging note in our room—it was such a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel at home. Thank you for your kindness and flexibility—we’ll be back soon!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and perfectly located in the heart of Bordeaux. The on-site parking is a huge plus—no stress searching for a spot, which makes getting in and out so much easier. The room was comfortable, modern, and beautifully designed, with excellent soundproofing—totally quiet throughout our stay. The owner greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. It’s clear they care about guest experience, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Bordeaux.
Bordeaux Traditions
We were really disappointed with our experience at Bordeaux Traditions. Due to ongoing strikes and unrest in France, our outbound flight was canceled just one day before departure. We had already booked this apartment, but the owners refused to accommodate a date change despite our clear request—we weren’t asking for a refund, just a postponement so we could travel later. Unfortunately, the response was cold and completely lacking empathy. The lack of flexibility and poor communication made an already stressful situation worse. If not for the unexpected cancellation, maybe the rating would’ve been different, but given how unhelpful they were, I can't recommend this property to others, especially travelers who might face similar disruptions.

Had to extend my stay due to a schedule change, and after considering past experiences and reviews, I decided to return to this hotel. The location is excellent—super convenient for both downtown access and airport transfers. A mere €1.80 gets you to the airport by public transit, which is incredibly affordable. The room was clean, comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great value with reliable service and a prime spot in Bordeaux. I’d definitely choose this hotel again.
