Staying in the 10-person dorm was a great experience—morning hours were a bit busy, but no worries! There’s an extra private bathroom and shower area just outside for female guests, so you can easily use them when needed. The vibe here is super welcoming—guests from all over the world, friendly and easygoing. It feels like staying in a cozy international home rather than just a hostel. Super close to the city center with easy access to public transit, and the value for money is unbeatable. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Amsterdam!

The location alone makes this hostel a top choice. One thing to note: no toiletries, towels, or hairdryers are provided—so pack your own essentials. If you forget your hairdryer, they do have a few available at reception, but they’re limited and go fast, so don’t count on it. Overall, the hostel offers excellent value, a welcoming vibe, and unbeatable access to the heart of the city. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any traveler looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm.

Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. Compared to other boats nearby, the service here stands out dramatically—this is what truly sets it apart. The price is more than fair for what you get. I’d recommend this place 200%, hands down.

I’d give it a 9/10 if not for the lack of elevator—hiking up with a heavy suitcase to the top floor was quite a workout! Next time I’ll travel light with just a backpack, haha. But overall, everything else was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic—especially the Dutch cheese, which was absolutely delicious and worth trying. Location is unbeatable: just three blocks from the red light district, but don’t let the name scare you—Amsterdam is incredibly safe. You can walk around alone during the day or even at night without any worries. The room was huge, the bed was spacious and super comfortable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. No kitchen or fridge in the room, but that didn’t bother me at all. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly—perfect for checking maps or streaming when relaxing after a long day. Great value for money, and definitely worth staying at again.

Breakfast for €12.50 is well worth it—plenty of fresh options including pastries, fruit, eggs, and coffee. They also handed me a discount card for renting a bike, which made exploring the city so easy and affordable. Everything about this place feels welcoming and well-organized. Highly recommend it for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a great vibe without breaking the bank.

This was hands down the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during my European trip. The place feels brand new, with spacious rooms that make you feel instantly relaxed. It’s just two tram stops from Amsterdam Central Station—get off at Nord, which is the final stop—and it’s only a 3-minute walk to the hotel. Perfectly located for a quiet escape from the busy city center while still being super accessible. Check-in was handled by MIKA, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d actually had trouble exiting the station earlier, but he quickly explained that scanning the Eurostar QR code would solve it. When I left, I was nervous—but sure enough, one scan and I was through. Huge thanks to MIKA! The breakfast was exceptional too. That coffee? The milk foam was so rich and velvety, it might be the best cup I’ve had anywhere in Europe. I even tried making waffles myself—fun and delicious! The room’s tea and coffee station was well stocked with capsules, tea bags, and everything else you’d need, and they were always refilled promptly. If I ever return to Amsterdam, this hotel would be my top pick without hesitation.
