Staying at the AC Hotel Beverly Hills was an absolute highlight of my trip to LA. What really stood out was the value: $2,200 HKD in this area of Beverly Hills is surprisingly affordable. A quick Uber ride to Rodeo Drive cost just $12—super convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout check-in and check-out. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to LA and would recommend it without hesitation.

When we complained to management, they said they’d contacted the neighbors, who stopped briefly for about 10 minutes before resuming. They claimed they could only fix the fridge and tap the following week. We asked for a refund, but were denied outright. The staff offered zero empathy or real solutions. This place is poorly managed, and the overall experience was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even as a last resort.

While there's a daily guest amenity fee of $35, it’s well worth it. Of that, $15 can be used at the on-site restaurant, which offers a diverse menu—especially impressive was the seafood stew featuring half a lobster, fresh shrimp, and scallops. Breakfast included free coffee and milk, a nice start to the day. I also loved being able to borrow bikes for a ride around the neighborhood, and the complimentary 3-mile Uber ride per day made getting to places like Rodeo Drive effortless. Plus, the evening wine hour from 5 to 6 PM was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value and a truly memorable experience.
