The front desk staff were genuinely friendly—the lady and gentleman both warm and professional, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The room itself exceeded my expectations. It faced a small courtyard, so the view wasn’t much to write home about, but the space was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. I especially loved the crisp white linens, plush mattress, and well-cushioned pillows—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Free drinks were replenished daily, which was a nice touch. The smart home system was a highlight—lighting and curtains could be controlled right from the bed, adding real convenience. Location-wise, it’s excellent—close to everything without the premium price. Overall, an outstanding stay with great value. I’d definitely come back.

The front desk team went above and beyond—they were friendly, helpful, and answered every question I had without hesitation. It’s clear they care about guest experience.
