Staying at Beijing Oriental Mao Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The room was spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of comfort for a city stay. What stood out most was the unbeatable location—just steps away from the subway station, making it super easy to explore popular spots like Nanluogu Xiang and Beixinqiao on foot. Parking was a huge plus too; the hotel has a large, well-organized lot, which is rare in central Beijing where parking can be a nightmare. We arrived tired after skiing in Chongli with bags full of gear, and the front desk staff, Xiao Li, went above and beyond—he helped carry our luggage up, upgraded our room without hesitation, and even provided a disposable bathrobe quickly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with zero delays. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic—authentic local favorites like Beijing-style zhajiangmian, douzhi, and youtiao made the morning feel truly special. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, and the service was professional yet warm. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing—it’s a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent hospitality.
