I also have a sensitive stomach, so lack of rest only worsened things, and I couldn’t handle heavy or greasy meals. That’s when the team stepped in with kindness: they proactively arranged a room transfer to the quieter Water Pavilion area, which made such a difference. To top it off, they brought me a warm bowl of soft, comforting congee with light side dishes right before bedtime. It wasn’t just food—it felt like care. Upon check-in, I was greeted with a complimentary minibar and fresh welcome fruit, and the Happy Hour offering a variety of salads, snacks, fruits, and local delicacies was a real highlight. I upgraded my room, and over three days, the service remained consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely warm.
