Staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Austin-University Area was a fantastic experience overall. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. The hotel’s cleanliness throughout the property—especially in common areas and hallways—was impressive. One small note: the bottled water provided in the room was a bit limited in quantity, so I ended up refilling at the lobby station. That said, it’s a minor detail. The location is perfect for exploring the University District and downtown Austin, with easy access to public transit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood, so peace and quiet are guaranteed—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. I loved how fresh and inviting the entire space smelled—subtle but pleasant. The outdoor pool is well-maintained and perfect for a morning swim. And the breakfast? Outstanding! A wide variety of hot and cold options, all delicious and freshly prepared. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations—great value, excellent service, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

Otherwise, everything is perfect—clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. Would definitely stay here again.
