What really stood out was the free bicycles included with the booking—totally unexpected at this price point. The front desk isn’t staffed 24/7, but there’s always someone on site (a local Malay staff member), and communication can be tricky without translation tools. Luckily, the owner is Chinese, so I messaged him directly via WhatsApp—super helpful and friendly. We actually arrived with insufficient MYR cash, so we paid the RM200 deposit two days later—no issues at all, he was very understanding. Hot water is controlled by a switch outside the bathroom; you need to turn it on about ten minutes before use—the red light indicates it’s ready. Turns out this is standard across Malaysia, so now I know! Housekeeping comes every three days—since we didn’t want interruptions, we skipped cleaning requests and kept things tidy ourselves. No problems at all. At under RM100 per night, this is unbeatable value compared to other central hotels charging RM400–RM800+ per night. Even factoring in a short taxi ride (under RM20 during off-peak hours), you still save a lot. I ended up using the money I saved on dining and shopping—way better than overpaying for a fancy hotel room. If you’re looking for a smart, comfortable, and well-located base in KL, this is the one.

The room itself came fully equipped with a microwave, TV, heater, built-in induction cooker, washing machine, range hood, and water boiler—everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Kitchenware like cutlery, bowls, cutting boards, glasses, and pots were all provided, so no need to bring anything extra. Cleanliness was impeccable—no dust anywhere, and the housekeeping team was polite and attentive. My only small suggestion? A tissue pack in the room would be a nice touch. Overall, this was an absolutely enjoyable staycation. Perfect for short getaways or medical visits. Highly recommend!

The gym was particularly unpleasant—no air conditioning, so it was sweltering during any workout. Even the kitchen utensils were rusty, which raised hygiene concerns. The pool area was also not well-maintained, with visible dirt and grime. Overall, the property didn’t meet basic standards for cleanliness or functionality, and the experience simply wasn’t worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent, comfortable stay.
