Staying at this hotel in Hamburg was an absolute highlight. Its central location is unbeatable—just a short walk from major attractions, shopping streets, and amazing restaurants. I was lucky to visit during the World Triathlon Championships, and the city was buzzing with energy. The hotel itself is housed in a beautifully restored historic building, blending old-world charm with modern luxury. The wide corridors are adorned with elegant antique furnishings that add character to every step. My room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with high-quality furniture and smart layouts. The gym is compact but well-equipped with premium fitness machines—perfect for staying on track while traveling. One minor downside: the spa closes at 8 PM, which feels a bit early if you're hoping to unwind after a long day. Still, overall, the experience was outstanding. From the impeccable service to the attention to detail, this hotel offers exceptional value. I’d definitely return—this is one of the best stays I’ve had in Germany.

Staying at Le Méridien Hamburg was a wonderful experience overall. I booked a room with a great view, and it definitely lived up to expectations—especially during sunset, when the city skyline looked stunning. The only minor downside was construction right outside the front door, which made access slightly inconvenient, but it didn’t take away from the enjoyment. Parking fees were on the higher side, especially considering the room rate; including parking for guests or offering a discount would have been a nice touch. I was really hoping to check out the sauna and pool, but never got around to it—still a small regret. The breakfast was fantastic—fresh salmon, delicious fish salad, and plenty of cheese, all exactly what I love. Hamburg itself is such a beautiful city, and this hotel offers a perfect base to explore it. With its stylish vibe, excellent location, and top-notch breakfast, I’d definitely come back.

The lobby is long but functional, with a coworking area that’s a nice touch—though a bit crowded during peak times. The front desk staff were friendly and professional; several young team members went out of their way to help with smiles and patience. Plus, just a 10-minute walk away is a brand-new shopping complex with plenty of restaurants and boutiques—walking through it feels almost like being back in Shenzhen, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a great vibe, this hotel hits all the right notes. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was outstanding, with my favorite German and European-style pickled vegetables, perfectly cooked scrambled and boiled eggs, and bacon that was crispy and delicious. There were fresh breads galore, multiple types of honey, four kinds of yogurt, and a generous spread of nuts, fresh fruit, and fruit in the yogurt. The juice selection was unique and refreshing, plus there were ice water and sparkling water options. Best part? Just let the staff know, and you can take your coffee or tea outside to the smoking area—relaxing and cozy. Just remember to return your empty cup to the dining area. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. A top-tier experience from start to finish.

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay! The rooms are spacious and perfect for four guests, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The indoor pool is a real highlight—well-maintained and relaxing, definitely a standout feature. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to Tierpark Hagenbeck U-Bahn station, making travel around Hamburg super convenient. Plus, free outdoor parking on-site means no need to pay for underground garage spots—huge plus for drivers. One hiccup: during check-in, we discovered that only one of our two booked rooms was available. It turned out there was a system glitch between the booking platform and the hotel’s reservation system. We were understandably concerned, but the hotel went above and beyond by securing us another room even though the property was fully booked. Their quick response and willingness to help made a big difference. Overall, this place offers exceptional value, comfort, and service—definitely a top choice for future visits.

It felt a bit intrusive, but overall, it’s a very positive stay. Great location near the city center, super convenient for public transit, and the value for money is outstanding. Despite being tucked away in a side street, it was completely peaceful with zero noise from traffic. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-located stay with great value.
