The front desk staff, especially the friendly guy at counter 8, went above and beyond: he helped me book a dinner reservation and even gave great local restaurant recommendations. When it was time to check out, he personally assisted with our luggage—such a thoughtful touch. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall experience felt warm and welcoming. For convenience, comfort, and exceptional service, this hotel is a top choice. The bellhop and housekeeping team were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was larger than expected, with a sleek modern minimalist design, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable bedding—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently excellent. Bonus points for the complimentary minibar and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse options blending Chinese and Western favorites, all freshly prepared and delicious. My stay at Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun was truly exceptional, especially the Executive Lounge experience. The light snacks and beverages were outstanding—far beyond my expectations and definitely among the top tier of five-star hotels in Guangzhou. The pool area is fantastic: clean water, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing swim—ideal for someone who enjoys swimming. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.

The service was warm and welcoming too—especially the complimentary breakfast voucher, which, though not used, felt like a thoughtful gesture that made the stay feel more personal. What really stood out was the free parking—something many hotels in the area don’t offer. Having hassle-free access to a spot throughout my stay made all the difference. The property has a bit of character and history, so the rooms aren’t brand new, but everything is well-maintained and functional. I’d recommend upgrading to a newer room or suite if possible—the views and space are worth it. Despite the compact size, the room had all the essentials, including traditional Chinese tea sets for brewing your own tea. The window view was stunning, offering panoramic views of Guangzhou’s night skyline. It’s also incredibly close to the Pearl River for evening walks or boat tours. The room was well-equipped with everything functional and clean, though the window opening is limited, still better than nothing. While not huge, the space felt efficient and comfortable for a city stay. The breakfast, prepared by a chef from Sichuan, was surprisingly delicious and authentic—definitely a highlight. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage after check-out, which made my travel plans much more flexible. Free tea and coffee at the front desk are a thoughtful touch, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for travelers visiting the Pazhou Exhibition Center area. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Guangzhou.
