One small note: there’s a loud guest who seemed overly opinionated about where people should sit or how loud they could talk on the beach—definitely not our vibe. He also parked his flashy car illegally near the hotel, which could be an issue if you’re not careful. Pro tip: call ahead to confirm parking rules. And don’t miss La Baya, a fantastic local restaurant nearby—great food, excellent value, but book in advance. Overall, this hotel offers a classy, peaceful retreat with real charm. We’ll definitely be back.

The neighborhood is diverse, with a mix of cultures including many Muslim and Black residents, but it felt safe, vibrant, and authentically local—definitely adds character to the area. The only minor downside is that the floor has a lot of rooms, so finding your door after stepping out of the elevator can take a bit of time. A few more signage markers would help. Despite that, the hotel offers great value for money and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.
