Also, kudos to Room Service Staff #6 for their timely cleaning and thoughtful attention to detail—they brought exactly what we needed without being asked. One minor downside was that the spa couldn’t accommodate two guests at the same time—an odd limitation since we’ve experienced flexibility at other hotels. If demand is high enough to cause this issue, it might be worth considering hiring more staff to meet guest needs. But honestly, this small inconvenience didn’t take away from the great experience. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. When I arrived early, they managed to check me in immediately if a room was available (which it was!), and every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. Their warm smiles and thoughtful touches, like fresh welcome fruit that was sweet and delicious, made a real difference. One of the biggest surprises? They provide free tide-pooling gear! With the electric cart taking you straight to the beach entrance, I was able to head down and explore the tidal pools without any hassle.
