On New Year’s Eve, the ground floor was packed with live music and dancing—super lively! But if you’re traveling with kids, I’d suggest avoiding sea-view rooms since it can get noisy. Rooms facing the opposite side are much quieter. Jasmine stayed on top of things throughout our stay—she mentioned she’d contact the manager to speak with nearby beach vendors if the noise became an issue, which showed how genuinely attentive she was. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the Luoma Hainan rice noodles—everyone in our group agreed it was delicious. We made a beeline for that spot every morning. On arrival day, there was a free sugar cane candy event in the lobby, and Jasmine even sent us photos taken by the in-house photographer. One highlight we absolutely couldn’t miss was the hotel’s “Papai Box” photo experience. We booked in advance, and the photographer at the 9th-floor infinity pool was fantastic. 住咗呢間寶宏尚海華廷精品酒店，整體體驗真係好滿意！每日都有人清潔房間，唔使特別提醒都做得好好，服務態度真係讚。雖然傢俬可以再更新啲，但其他方面都幾理想。期間遇到颱風，海水唔宜遊泳，但酒店嘅泳池就方便到爆，而且只屬於本酒店，住對面寶宏酒店嘅朋友就要過馬路先到，真係好方便。早餐冇食，不過好似中國普遍都唔太重視早餐，早上可以去麥當勞解決下。最開心係酒店有中文、俄文標示，連菜單都有，對俄國旅客超友好，而島上其餘地方幾乎無人識俄文，英文亦未必夠用。至於沙灘，其實係個小圍欄區，想自由游泳建議去三亞灣。另外可以順道去猴海衝浪村（用滴滴打車輸入「候海衝浪基地」就好），好玩又真實。出發前記得設定好阿里支付同微信支付，用本地銀行卡綁定就好。最後要特別讚一讚前台小姐，超有禮貌又主動幫忙，我寄咗幾個來自淘寶同拼多多嘅包裹，有次快遞員唔知點解一直打我電話，我就叫前台幫我講清楚地址，結果即刻解決，真係救急！」},{
