No need to call; everything was handled instantly through WeChat, making it incredibly convenient. While the hotel isn’t brand new, it maintains the high standards expected from a JW Marriott property. The pool is spacious and beautifully designed, with complimentary refreshments available during daytime lounging. Breakfast was outstanding—offering a wide variety of dishes and staying open until 11 AM. I highly recommend trying the Hòu’ān rice noodles—they were delicious and authentic. 住咗呢間寶宏尚海華廷精品酒店，整體體驗真係好滿意！每日都有人清潔房間，唔使特別提醒都做得好好，服務態度真係讚。雖然傢俬可以再更新啲，但其他方面都幾理想。期間遇到颱風，海水唔宜遊泳，但酒店嘅泳池就方便到爆，而且只屬於本酒店，住對面寶宏酒店嘅朋友就要過馬路先到，真係好方便。早餐冇食，不過好似中國普遍都唔太重視早餐，早上可以去麥當勞解決下。最開心係酒店有中文、俄文標示，連菜單都有，對俄國旅客超友好，而島上其餘地方幾乎無人識俄文，英文亦未必夠用。至於沙灘，其實係個小圍欄區，想自由游泳建議去三亞灣。另外可以順道去猴海衝浪村（用滴滴打車輸入「候海衝浪基地」就好），好玩又真實。出發前記得設定好阿里支付同微信支付，用本地銀行卡綁定就好。最後要特別讚一讚前台小姐，超有禮貌又主動幫忙，我寄咗幾個來自淘寶同拼多多嘅包裹，有次快遞員唔知點解一直打我電話，我就叫前台幫我講清楚地址，結果即刻解決，真係救急！」},{

When I arrived early, they managed to check me in immediately if a room was available (which it was!), and every request was handled promptly and with genuine care.
