The location of Artim Hotel is excellent—just a short walk from the subway and bus station, making it super convenient for getting around Berlin. It’s also close to the zoo and a vibrant shopping district, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only minor drawbacks are that the hotel feels a bit dated and the towels could use more frequent changes. But overall, the experience is still highly worthwhile. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.

Unfortunately, the room I booked at Quentin Design wasn’t available upon check-in. However, the front desk team handled the situation quickly and smoothly, reassigning me to a room at Quentin XL—just a short walk away but still a fantastic alternative. The space was spacious, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a great upgrade in my book. I’ll definitely choose Quentin XL for my next stay. The description of the other property should be updated to reflect actual availability more accurately. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout—exactly the kind of service that turns a minor hiccup into a positive experience. Overall, this place deserves every bit of its 9.5 rating.

That said, the windows are single-glazed, so there was some noise from outside, and since the heating wasn’t turned on yet (weather had been mild), the room felt a bit chilly. Still, the space was spacious, with high ceilings and a clean, minimalist design. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. The staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. From the front desk to the other team members, everyone went above and beyond. Hats off to them!
