Had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—especially the bed, which made for a restful night's sleep. Noise insulation is great, so it stayed quiet even during the evening. Located just a short ride from the city center, it’s easy to explore nearby attractions. There are plenty of dining options around, making it convenient for meals. The stay at this property was disappointing overall. The room was not clean at all—there were visible stains on the bedding, and the bathroom floor had stubborn residue that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. While the location is convenient for nearby attractions like St. Thomas Mount Church and Phoenix Marketcity, the poor hygiene standards make it hard to recommend. I’ve stayed in better-rated accommodations for similar prices elsewhere. If cleanliness isn’t prioritized, it’s unlikely I’ll consider returning or recommending this place to others.
