When I asked for toilet paper, they handed me table napkins instead! While some guests might not use toilet paper, it's still basic hygiene that should be provided. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me for water at check-out. I reminded them about the incident with the napkins and politely refused to pay. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Poor service, lack of attention to detail, and no sense of hospitality. Not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
