The room is compact but the sea view is absolutely stunning. Being on a higher floor, the panoramic outlook is breathtaking—just lying in bed, you can enjoy the endless ocean views without even stepping outside. All the photos were taken from the rooftop terrace, especially magical during sunset. Staying here for three nights was a great experience overall. The location is unbeatable—right next to the iconic pier, with stunning views of the sea and the landmark from the room itself. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the subway entrance at Qingdao Station, and walking distance to Zhongshan Road and St. Michael's Cathedral—perfect for exploring the city on foot. While the room decor shows some signs of age and sound insulation isn’t perfect (you can hear footsteps from adjacent rooms), cleanliness was consistently good, and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were practical and well-maintained. For the price, this is excellent value—especially if you’re looking for a central spot with easy access to major attractions. I’d definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Qingdao.
