The hotel is about a 20-minute ride from Mumbai airport by auto-rickshaw, though travel time can vary depending on traffic. Since I had multiple trips to and from the airport planned, and considering the convenience of a large shopping mall just an 8-minute walk away with diverse dining options beyond just masala flavors, I chose this property for its location. I actually had a meal at the mall’s food court, and nearby there’s a modern-style ice cream shop as well as affordable Indian-Chinese eateries—great for variety. Room-wise, some units don’t have windows, so if that’s a concern, it’s worth checking a few rooms before booking. There was some dust in the corners, but nothing too distracting. I booked a room with breakfast included, but there’s no on-site restaurant—instead, you need to request breakfast directly with staff, who then bring it to your room. I asked for bottled water, only to be charged ₹30, but when I pointed out the label said ₹20, they immediately offered it free—quite confusing. The bathroom has no partition between shower and toilet, so after showering, the seat gets soaked. Hot water works fine, but temperature control is tricky. The best workaround seems to be filling the provided bucket with warm water and using the included ladle for manual showering. Also, construction work continued inside the hotel until around 8 PM, which made the noise level quite disruptive during evening hours.

My stay at FabHotel Admiral from July 8th to 11th, 2023, was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had during my travels. The staff were extremely greedy, the bathrooms were ugly and poorly maintained, and even the room key card didn't work properly—what's worse, they gave me a faulty lock key that couldn’t secure the door. Safety was seriously compromised. Honestly, the only redeeming factor was the location—being close to Mumbai International Airport made it convenient for airport transfers, and public transport access was decent. But beyond that, everything else was disappointing: poor upkeep, outdated facilities, and lack of basic comfort. I gave this hotel just one star because of the location—but if it weren’t for that, zero stars would be more than fair. Please don’t waste your money on this place; there are far better options available. Save your time and budget, and avoid this hotel at all costs.

We booked two nights online and paid in advance, but upon arrival, the hotel manager was extremely rude and refused to let us check in. They also denied our refund request entirely. This experience was completely disappointing and felt like a scam. We strongly advise avoiding this property at all costs.
