The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special shoutout to Jorg at reception—he was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just a short walk from the city center, easy access to public transport, and close to major attractions. With such great service, comfort, and value, we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this gem for families or solo travelers wanting a stress-free stay in Malaga.

The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, offering to hold our luggage until check-in time, which made our arrival so much smoother. They even proactively offered to call us as soon as our room was ready, allowing for a quick and early check-in. The location couldn’t be better—steps away from charming local cafés, shops, and the heart of Málaga’s historic district. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely book again on our next trip to Malaga. Truly a gem of a hotel.

Arriving at the apartment, we were shocked to find it literally dirty and disorganized—no cleaning had been done at all. We waited over an hour before someone finally showed up to do a rushed cleanup, barely spending 20 minutes and even skipping the floor mopping. For a property that markets itself as luxury, the customer service was far below expectations. We asked four times about flexibility with check-out time as compensation for the poor welcome, but only received a response at 9:30 PM—telling us there was no way they could accommodate our request, and not once did they offer any discount for the inconvenience caused. It was a truly disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This negative interaction really dampened our otherwise positive impression. It's a shame because the location and accommodations are strong points. We hope the management addresses these service issues, as first impressions matter, and respectful treatment should be standard for every guest.
