I booked this hotel two months in advance to avoid any surprises, but four days before my trip, they canceled my reservation claiming there was an issue with my credit card. I ended up paying four times more elsewhere because no other options were available at that point. They accepted my booking and then sold it to someone else, only to cancel mine without warning. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional—completely unreliable for travelers who plan ahead.

Perfect for what we needed. Everything was great. We were able to check in early, which was super helpful since we only had one night and were attending an event right next to the hotel—Movistar Arena. It was ideal for dropping off our backpacks before heading out. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the price was unbeatable—we found nothing better anywhere else. The hotel itself is quite old and shows a few signs of wear in certain areas, but it’s still clean, comfortable, and well-located. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back for a similar event. Bonus points: the Subte Line B station is literally at the door—just 10 meters away on the same sidewalk, with direct access from Calle Corrientes, running right past the Obelisco. And on the same block, two traditional Buenos Aires pizzerias—one at each corner—offer authentic local flavors. A true gem for convenience and food lovers alike.

This was a terrible experience—definitely not worth it. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill: ants were everywhere, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and there was no basic maintenance like a spare plug or repair kit in the room. We were charged an extra cleaning fee that felt completely unjustified, and the price was way too high for what we got. We reached out to Josefina, the person who handled the booking, but instead of helping, she responded rudely and ignored our concerns. The front desk staff wasn’t helpful either—we asked simple questions, but nobody seemed willing to assist. Overall, this place failed on every level: cleanliness, service, amenities, and communication. It felt like a scam more than a hotel stay. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, and I definitely won’t be returning.

This has been the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. The place was filthy, and they didn't even remove the trash. When we arrived, our pre-booked room wasn't available because it had already been given to someone else—despite having reserved months in advance—and we were forced to sleep in the hallway with other guests who faced the same issue. The next day, when we tried to find another place to stay, we were finally allowed into a room—but it was absolutely disgusting. The mattress was terrible, and the bathroom had a broken pipe that let water pour straight into a bucket that overflowed instantly. There's no housekeeping, no cleaning service, no breakfast, no common areas, and no maintenance whatsoever. The building feels like it's falling apart, there are bugs everywhere, and it's just an absolute disaster. The photos online are completely misleading—nothing about the reality of this place. I would never stay here again. Avoid at all costs.
