This was easily the best hotel I've stayed at during my trip. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with excellent soundproofing—finally, a good night's sleep without any disturbances! The breakfast spread was outstanding, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients that were both delicious and wholesome. Staff were professional and attentive throughout our stay. The only minor drawback is that although there are five elevators, only one operates at peak times, leading to waits of about five minutes—slightly inconvenient, but completely overshadowed by how amazing everything else was. Overall, an exceptional experience with fantastic value, and I’d definitely come back.

I stay at Hotel Plumm every time I visit Yokohama for work—about once every six months—and it never disappoints. This time, I went with the Chinese breakfast option, which was delicious and authentic. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very functional—perfect for both business and relaxation. Everything is thoughtfully laid out, making the stay super comfortable. It's one of those places that just feels right, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Yokohama.

Staying at the Best Western Yokohama was an absolute pleasure. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. Dining options are also great; I enjoyed a meal at Sally's and even found a cozy dumpling shop right around the corner. It’s not in a remote area at all—safe, lively, and very accessible. What really stood out was how close it is to the airport, which made my travel experience stress-free. For the price and the convenience, this hotel offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be back.

Location-wise, it's super convenient to get around Yokohama via subway—just a short ride into the city center. What I didn’t expect? My room is literally right next to a fire station. At 3 AM, a loud alarm went off—I panicked thinking we were evacuating! But being alone and not understanding Japanese, I had no idea what was happening. Then, to top it all off, an earthquake hit while I was still lying there, stunned. I just stayed put and waited it out—laughing at how chaotic and unexpected it all was. Despite the surprises, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s a solid stay with great value, and I’d definitely come back.

Stayed on January 3rd, 2026 — the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s been a while since I’ve encountered such warm and genuine service; her smile and helpful attitude really made the check-in experience stand out. The hot spring bath is another highlight — spacious, clean, and relaxing with a great atmosphere. My only small note is that check-in needs to be completed before noon, so if you're arriving later, it might be tricky. Still, this minor detail doesn’t take away from the overall excellent value and hospitality. Super Hotel Shinyokohama delivers a memorable stay — I’d definitely return.

This is already my fourth stay at this hotel in Yokohama Tsurumi, and I keep coming back because it's just so convenient and consistently satisfying. The location is perfect—easy access to Tokyo via train, and there are plenty of local eateries and shops nearby. When I visited last December, the lighting was a bit dim, but during my trips in February and April, the place had been freshly renovated with brighter, more inviting lights. This recent visit was just as enjoyable as before. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent value for money—it’s no surprise I’ll be booking here again next year. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Just one thing to keep in mind: if you're planning a multi-night stay, you'll need to check out by 12 PM each day, so plan accordingly. Overall, this is a fantastic option for anyone attending events in the area. I’d definitely return for another visit, especially with how close it is to all the action.
