The hotel is perfectly located near Plaza Universidad, just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day. We arrived early and were charged an extra half-day fee, which we understand is standard for early check-in, but it would have been nice to have more flexibility. Parking is available but comes at an additional cost—something to keep in mind if you're driving. That said, the real highlight was the breakfast! It was incredibly diverse with a wide range of fresh, delicious options—from local favorites like warm tortillas and fruit platters to classic Western choices. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. If you’re looking for a reliable stay with a standout breakfast, this place definitely delivers. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort and quality meals.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, but they're doing a fantastic job turning it into something truly beautiful, comfortable, and functional. It’s simple in design, yet incredibly cozy—perfect for unwinding after a long day. All the rooms have been completely refreshed from top to bottom, and every detail feels brand new and thoughtfully designed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The café service stands out—friendly, attentive, and genuinely empathetic. The server goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. And with such a great price point, this place offers amazing value. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Mexico City.

The Park Villa Hotel is an absolute gem located just steps away from Chapultepec Forest—perfect for nature lovers and urban explorers alike. The property itself is beautifully designed, with lush greenery and a serene atmosphere that makes you feel like you're escaping the city chaos. I especially loved the garden restaurant at Corredor—the food was exceptional, and I’ll definitely be returning. The nearby Park Green hotel and The View restaurant are equally stunning and worth checking out. Every staff member went above and beyond with their warmth and hospitality. From start to finish, this stay was flawless. A perfect 10—highly recommend!
