I can't believe this place isn't already rated 5 stars—Rainbow Residency truly was the best stay we've had in India! From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully done. The room was spotless, with a reliable hot shower, a smart TV with Netflix, and all the little comforts like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, and tea—so convenient. It genuinely felt like home. Gopal, the host, was beyond welcoming—he greeted us with chai and biscuits, and went out of his way to help with recommendations, transport, and anything else we needed. His warmth made the whole experience unforgettable. The location is great for exploring Delhi, and the value for money is outstanding. The official images seem to take some creative liberties; many rooms don’t actually have windows, and even when they do, views can be limited—mine overlooked a narrow alley facing another building’s windows, so blinds were kept closed most of the time. Breakfast is delivered straight to your room since there’s no dining area—just one small table in a lounge space. That said, breakfast arrives quickly and efficiently. No bar on-site, but the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. If you're looking for something basic, clean, and low-cost with minimal frills, this might work for you. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done.
