Staying at Orania B & B by Atsar was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with genuine hospitality. Our driver, Vishnu, felt like a personal guard—always attentive and making us feel safe exploring Delhi. The location is convenient, and the value for money is outstanding. The owner and his assistant were incredibly approachable, always ready to help with any request, big or small. Bonus: their little shop offers beautifully crafted Pashmina shawls—luxurious and perfect as souvenirs. Every detail was thoughtfully done. This place truly stands out, and I’d happily return in a heartbeat.

I can't believe this place isn't already rated 5 stars—Rainbow Residency truly was the best stay we've had in India! From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully done. The room was spotless, with a reliable hot shower, a smart TV with Netflix, and all the little comforts like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, and tea—so convenient. It genuinely felt like home. Gopal, the host, was beyond welcoming—he greeted us with chai and biscuits, and went out of his way to help with recommendations, transport, and anything else we needed. His warmth made the whole experience unforgettable. The location is great for exploring Delhi, and the value for money is outstanding. My stay at Hotel Atithi was disappointing overall. The hotel's exterior and interior showed signs of poor maintenance—some areas looked worn out, with visible damage and lack of upkeep. While the room had basic amenities, cleanliness and hygiene were below expectations, making the experience uncomfortable. I didn’t even feel like taking a photo to remember the place because the atmosphere wasn’t appealing at all. It’s clear the hotel needs better management and regular renovations. Without improvements in both service and presentation, it’ll be hard to attract repeat guests or positive reviews.

This place isn't quite what the photos suggest—it's more of a standard budget option, and honestly, the room rates are fair for that. The official images seem to take some creative liberties; many rooms don’t actually have windows, and even when they do, views can be limited—mine overlooked a narrow alley facing another building’s windows, so blinds were kept closed most of the time. Breakfast is delivered straight to your room since there’s no dining area—just one small table in a lounge space. That said, breakfast arrives quickly and efficiently. No bar on-site, but the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. If you're looking for something basic, clean, and low-cost with minimal frills, this might work for you. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done.

I've stayed here multiple times during my visits to New Delhi, and I can confidently say it's one of the best choices I've made. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Kailash Colony Metro Station, making it easy to get around the city. It's also very close to SCI Hospital, which was a major plus for me. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the essentials you'd need. The kitchen is functional, perfect for preparing meals when you want to save on dining out. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi—comfortable, convenient, and reliable.
