The check-in process took over an hour due to miscommunication between the booking platform and on-site staff—no one explained why, and there was no clear guidance. To make matters worse, the platform didn’t require a deposit during booking, but the hotel’s partner insisted on one anyway, with zero prior notice. It felt like we were being charged extra for something that wasn’t mentioned or agreed upon upfront. The lack of coordination and professionalism was frustrating, especially when it came to basic guest support. As a traveler, I expect transparency and consistency across all touchpoints. This experience fell far short of that. Hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and operations so future guests don’t go through the same stress.

This place was a complete disappointment. The bedding and cups were visibly dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor—so bad that I ended up washing and drying my clothes myself. Security felt like a joke; I didn’t see another guest the entire time I was there, and the building felt completely deserted. There’s no front desk—everything is handled via WhatsApp—and you have to go down to the basement to pick up your key. It’s inconvenient and gives off zero trust in safety or professionalism. The overall experience was terrible, and with such low standards, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Definitely not worth the price.

Breakfast was super convenient too, with plenty of food options available as early as 10 AM. Grab rides and public transport are just steps away, making exploring the city easy. The host was incredibly friendly and helped me extend my stay without any extra charges—she simply adjusted the deposit, which was such a relief. The pool area is spacious and perfect for kids, with an amazing view that truly takes your breath away. Even the security staff were helpful when I got lost in the parking lot—they gave clear directions and made me feel safe. This place offers great comfort, excellent service, and unbeatable value. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting KL!
