Staying at ViiA Residences by Five Senses was a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of three, with a comfortable living area that made us feel right at home. Being just steps away from the subway station was a major plus—getting around Kuala Lumpur was so convenient and stress-free. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. While food delivery options in Malaysia didn’t quite meet expectations (we’ll give it zero stars there), the hotel itself more than makes up for it with its great location, clean design, and overall comfort. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a cozy, hassle-free base in the city.

That said, the location isn’t ideal if you’re relying on public transport or want easy access to dining options. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, and getting around usually means calling a ride. However, there’s a large supermarket just next door, which comes in handy for groceries, snacks, and even quick bites from local food stalls. If you're okay with arranging transportation and don't mind a quieter neighborhood, this place offers excellent value and a peaceful retreat—great for families or anyone looking to unwind without the city hustle.
