The front desk team was incredibly helpful, especially Clara, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. However, I did find it a bit surprising that we were asked to provide copies of both our IDs before check-in, especially since the full payment had already been made well in advance. While I understand the need for security, this policy feels unnecessary and slightly off-putting. That said, the place was spotless and impeccably clean—kudos to the housekeeping team! Overall, the service, cleanliness, and prime location made this stay truly special. We’ll definitely be back.

You’ll never go hungry! Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay—great location, lovely ambiance, and excellent value. I’d definitely book again.
