That said, the building shows its age, and the rooms reflect that with dated furnishings and a lack of freshness. Cleanliness and maintenance could use some attention—small details matter when you're expecting a comfortable stay. While the prime spot definitely makes up for a lot, a little renovation and better upkeep would go a long way in making this a truly memorable experience. It’s a solid choice if you prioritize location over modern comforts.

Staying at Splendid Hotel Cannes was absolutely unforgettable. The room size was just right—even the family suite felt spacious and comfortable for four of us. The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of the action, buzzing with energy and surrounded by lively streets and cafes. Next to the hotel is a McDonald's with machine-supported Chinese menu options—perfect for our family! But the real surprise came on check-in day when we realized our room faced directly toward the bay. That night happened to be Bastille Day (July 14), and we were treated to an incredible fireworks display over the Mediterranean. We all gathered on the balcony, sipping drinks and watching the sky light up—pure magic. It felt like everything fell into place perfectly. A truly special moment that made our trip unforgettable.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riviera Eden Palace! The entire experience was outstanding—from the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming. The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious, especially since our one-bedroom was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite—such a lovely surprise! The location is unbeatable: just steps away from the beach, shopping areas, and supermarkets. We loved being able to walk everywhere without needing a car. Parking was secure and convenient, which made our trip even more stress-free. Special thanks to Cendric for the exceptional service—he went above and beyond with kindness and attention to detail. This place truly feels like home, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. A gem in Cannes, and definitely a top choice for anyone visiting!

This place is absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and only 3 minutes to the main shopping street. Free parking was a huge bonus, especially in Cannes where parking can be a hassle. The area feels safe and well-maintained, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploring. I loved the modern, cozy apartment-style rooms and how everything was thoughtfully arranged. I’d definitely come back again—this is one of the best stays I’ve had in the Côte d'Azur.

The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the town hall and the old harbor, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Cannes on foot. The interior is modern and well-maintained, giving a fresh and inviting feel throughout. Our stay was truly enjoyable thanks to the clean, stylish space. One minor drawback is that the kitchen lacks essential cookware—no pots or pans—which means it’s not ideal for cooking meals. However, the neighborhood more than makes up for this with an amazing variety of restaurants, cozy bistros, the bustling Forville Market, and several small grocery stores nearby. You’ll never go hungry! Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay—great location, lovely ambiance, and excellent value. I’d definitely book again.

However, there’s no elevator, and the spiral staircase is narrow and steep, which made carrying luggage a bit of a challenge. I stayed in a studio-style apartment that had been recently renovated—it was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly cozy despite its compact size. The air conditioning didn’t work properly during winter, but they provided a catalytic heater as a backup, which helped a little. One thing that stood out negatively was the bedside lamp shade, which looked visibly dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was a small but noticeable issue. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for an affordable, central stay without luxury extras. Good value for the price, especially for travelers who prioritize location over comfort features.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was located in the basement, with humid, stuffy air and a strong musty odor due to lack of ventilation and no air conditioning. The cleanliness was unacceptable—greasy sheets and towels made the space feel unhygienic. The property didn't meet even basic standards for accommodation. Despite having already paid, we had to move to another place just to spend the night. This experience was far below expectations, and I cannot recommend it under any circumstances.

It’s not just a stay; it’s an experience. Thank you both for your incredible warmth and care. You’ve earned every bit of praise—this is service at its finest, and far beyond what most hotels offer.
L'Esperance
I stayed here for an extended period and was charged a security deposit of 1400 euros, which the hotel promised would be refunded upon checkout. However, when I left, not a single cent was returned. To make matters worse, they blocked all communication, leaving me unable to reach out or resolve the issue. It felt like a total rip-off, and the lack of transparency and follow-through made the experience extremely frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy stay.
