Everything was spotless and felt brand new, from the bedding to the furnishings. The beds provided an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep, and the kitchenette was a game-changer during our three-day getaway—we loved having the freedom to prepare our own meals. Complimentary breakfast was a highlight: fluffy waffles with endless toppings, sausage, omelets, cereal, oatmeal, and coffee served all day long. It’s rare to find such a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. This place earned every one of those 10 points. If we ever return to PCity, this will be our first choice again.

Ice was only available on one floor, requiring a 30-minute wait via the unreliable elevator or carrying bags up eight floors. To make matters worse, each bag of ice cost $7—way too expensive. What’s most disappointing is how indifferent the staff seemed. No one appeared to care about the obvious problems. This experience significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I’d rather choose another hotel next time.
