I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer support, especially during such a critical time. I expect a clear explanation for what went wrong and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and added expense. The hotel should take responsibility and improve their procedures to prevent this from happening again.

The room itself was filthy: black hairs scattered all over the bathroom and shower (I have short blonde hair), stained and dirty bed linens, and constant noise from the lobby and plumbing since the room was directly behind the front desk. It was impossible to relax or even focus on work. When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, there was zero response—no apology, no offer to move us, nothing. We checked out immediately after. I have photos and videos documenting the poor condition of the room and the overall lack of care. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one claiming to be boutique. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is my second night staying at Hotel Luxem, and I can't even get a decent sleep due to the constant noise from neighboring rooms and the front desk area. I asked for a better-insulated room, but was told I'd need to pay full price for another room. The customer service was terrible—completely unhelpful and indifferent to guest comfort. For the price, you'd expect basic quietness and decent support, but this place falls far short. Definitely not worth it, and I won't be returning.
