We stayed here with my family for five nights and were really impressed by the central location—everything was just a short walk away, including the metro and main attractions. The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator, and there’s also a rooftop terrace on the fourth floor, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a drink in the evening. The rooms themselves are clean and functional, though the furnishings could use a refresh, and the bathroom definitely needs some updating. One thing that stood out was the advertised size of 75 sqm—I’m pretty sure it’s closer to 60 sqm at best, so the space was a bit smaller than expected. Still, if you’re not too picky about room size and prioritize location, this place is a solid choice for a stay in Seville.

We asked to check out a bit later than the standard time, and the staff happily accommodated us without any hassle. Overall, this place offers great value, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere—definitely a top choice for future stays in Seville.

Living Sevilla Apartments Catedral
Located just steps away from the Seville Cathedral and Alcázar, this apartment is perfect for exploring the city center—its location is unbeatable. However, after staying here, I have to be honest: it’s not suitable for older travelers or anyone sensitive to noise and light. The listing description is misleading—calling it a studio with a mezzanine gives the impression of more space than reality. In fact, there's only a tiny loft bed stacked above the sofa, making it nearly impossible to get in or out safely, especially for those over 50. The bathroom is extremely cramped, and standing up from the couch requires contorting your body. To make matters worse, the windows and curtains offer almost no soundproofing or blackout protection—street noise and bright lights made sleeping nearly impossible. If you’re young, energetic, and don’t mind rough conditions, this might work for you. But if you value comfort and restful sleep, look elsewhere. Overall, the photos and description create unrealistic expectations. It should clearly state that it’s best suited for two adults and two children, not seniors. Don’t expect much beyond the prime location.
