Traveling with elderly family members and young kids, choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made! We initially booked rooms in both Building A and B, only to find out they’re actually separate buildings. Thankfully, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful—special thanks to Wu Meijiao and Wu Yunhua. They noticed our needs and kindly re-arranged us into Building A (the newer wing) and even upgraded our room at no extra cost. This made life so much easier for our whole family. The location is convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable. Breakfast was well-balanced—offering light options alongside a wide variety of dishes that pleased all ages. From check-in to checkout, every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful.
